Secure Data Payment Systems (SDPS) is a privately owned and operated merchant services provider. We provide equipment, software and services for retail and mail order establishments, non-profits, and schools as well as a wide variety of complete e-commerce tools for internet business that enables them to establish automated on-line processing programs.
Our focus is two-fold: A) to work with companies and organizations whose projected or existing bankcard volume warrants preferred client discount rates; and B) to offer new merchant account programs to new and existing groups at consistently low “cost-plus” models.

The management team of the company has a combined 54 years in the electronic payments industry before founding it in 2011 and began laying extensive groundwork for its launch since 2010. SDPS has identified an aggressive growth path aimed at developing accounts on a national basis across several strategic industry groups.
Using key affiliations with some of the payment industry’s largest credit card processing platforms, including First Data, Paymentech and Global Payments, SDPS provides merchant services that are secure, scalable and reliable payment processing solutions.

Our Chief Executive
Tom Heidgerd has over 40 years of management and business ownership experience. Special expertise in areas of finance, accounting and marketing highlight a career that includes membership and executive positions in Chambers of Commerce and professional associations. Prior to his current role as a principal in SDPS, he founded and managed 6 multi million dollar Massachusetts corporations in the food service, hi-tech and electronic payments industry. In addition to his role at SDPS, he currently serves on local school and town Zoning boards. Mr. Heidgerd holds a B.A. in Political Science and received an MBA from Syracuse University.
